Le samedi 25 juillet 2026, des membres du bureau du secrétariat exécutif d’AGIR-LES LEADERS ont tenu un Séminaire à Thiès autour du thème:
« Bâtir un parti fort, durable et au service du Sénégal »
Cette rencontre a permis de réunir le bureau autour d’une réflexion stratégique sur l’organisation du parti, son identité, sa vision et les grandes orientations de son programme politique.
Les travaux ont permis d’engager la réflexion sur le futur programme d’AGIR-LES LEADERS.
Au-delà des propositions sectorielles, AGIR-LES LEADERS fait le choix d’une approche fondée sur le leadership. Nous sommes convaincus que les grandes transformations naissent d’abord de la qualité des femmes et des hommes qui portent les institutions, les entreprises, les collectivités, les familles et la société civile.
Notre vision est claire : faire émerger une République de leaders, où chaque citoyenne et chaque citoyen est appelé à devenir un acteur de la transformation nationale.
La rencontre a également arrêté plusieurs orientations qui guideront les prochaines étapes de la structuration du parti :
1- la poursuite de l’implantation du parti sur l’ensemble du territoire national et auprès de la diaspora ;
2- la mise en place d’une organisation moderne, performante et fondée sur la compétence ;
3- l’élaboration d’un programme politique ambitieux articulé autour du leadership républicain ;
4- la création d’un dispositif permanent de formation afin de préparer une nouvelle génération de responsables publics, de cadres et de militants ;
5- l’organisation de rencontres citoyennes de proximité pour maintenir un dialogue permanent avec les populations et faire vivre une démocratie d’écoute, de participation et de proposition.
AGIR-LES LEADERS entre ainsi dans une nouvelle phase de son développement.
Nous continuerons à construire un mouvement ouvert, exigeant et profondément attaché aux valeurs républicaines.
Notre objectif est de contribuer à l’émergence d’un Sénégal où l’excellence remplace la médiocrité, où la vérité l’emporte sur les artifices, où le mérite prévaut sur les privilèges et où l’action devient la véritable mesure de l’engagement politique.
Parce que nous croyons que la somme des efforts individuels produit la force collective, nous invitons toutes les Sénégalaises et tous les Sénégalais qui partagent cette vision à rejoindre cette dynamique.
