Ceux qui devraient jouer le premier rôle s’accrochent aux accessoires et le public regarde, incrédule, le sérieux disparaître derrière le spectacle.
On s’épuise à commenter des clashs entre courants d’un même régime, pendant que l’État peine à répondre aux urgences les plus concrètes.
On salue d’un « alhamdoulilah » la tenue d’une audience politique, comme si le salut de la Nation dépendait d’une audience
et non de l’exécution des priorités nationales.
Pendant que l’accessoire occupe la scène, le principal reste dans les coulisses.
Le pays traverse des difficultés concrètes. Une économie qui cherche son souffle, des services publics fragilisés, des décisions urgentes laissées en rade et l’on s’extasie sur des apparitions politiques comme sur des miracles modernes.
C’est donc ce 20 novembre 2025, que la Primature a enfin décidé de se pencher sur le Plan de redressement économique et social (PRES) avec une première réunion mise en scène, relayée abondamment.
Cette « avancée » officialise surtout une réalité têtue. Le Premier ministre a pris du retard sur l’urgence que le Président avait exigée depuis plusieurs semaines.
Lors du Conseil des ministres du 22 octobre 2025, le Président de la République avait indiqué « au Premier Ministre, au Ministre de l’Economie, du Plan et de la Coopération et au Ministre des Finances et du Budget l’urgence de procéder à l’évaluation des mesures et impacts du Plan de redressement économique et social (PRES) et de la mise en œuvre de la Stratégie nationale de Développement (SND). »
C’est cette urgence-là que l’on tente soudain de rattraper.
Le Président parle d’urgence au même moment où le Premier ministre joue en prolongations.
L’exécutif est désaccordé et c’est le pays qui paie la fausse note.
Aujourd’hui, la question n’est plus de savoir ce qui est urgent.
C’est de savoir qui sera enfin à la hauteur de l’urgence.
Au bout du compte, l’urgence la plus urgente, désormais, c’est de répondre aux urgences.
