Comment, dès lors, comprendre cet acharnement à vouloir le maintien en détention de Badara Gadiaga, alors que les faits initialement qualifiés pour justifier l’instruction se sont révélés dénués de toute consistance probante ?
Comment justifier qu’on s’acharne à vouloir emprisonner Pape Malick Ndour en cherchant désespérément à lui coller une infraction ?
Cette instrumentalisation de la justice à des fins politiques est indigne d’un État de droit. Elle traduit une dérive autoritaire que rien ne saurait justifier.
Heureusement, il reste des magistrats debout, conscients que la privation de liberté doit demeurer l’exception et non la règle.
Libérez Badara Gadiaga.
Laissez Pape Malick Ndour tranquille.
Cessez ces pratiques d’autocrates. Elles n’auront jamais le dernier mot sur la justice et la liberté.
