Le bureau de l’Assemblée nationale s’est réuni hors session parlementaire pour produire un communiqué s’attaquant à un député, en l’occurrence Moustapha Cisse Lô. Des propos au ras des pâquerettes ont été utilisés pour s’adresser à un collègue député. Un parfum de règlement de comptes qui a autorisé des termes indélicats, dignes d’un communiqué de parti politique.
Le Président Macky Sall y est cité en total ignorance de la séparation des pouvoirs pour magnifier son travail en ce sens qu’il s’évertue « dans le contexte difficile de la pandémie de la Covid-19 et de ses conséquences, à dérouler le Programme de Résilience économique et sociale ».
Les propos de Moustapha Cissé Lô ont été qualifiés de « fausses nouvelles et de diffamation » sans présager de ce que la justice pourrait décider, en cas de saisine.
Le député y est traité de tous les noms d’oiseaux. Il aurait bousculé « les horizons de l’indécence et de l’innommable », il se serait « baigné dans l’opprobre » et serait un « fossoyeur, dans l’unique but de sauvegarder des intérêts étriqués ».
Le bureau de l’Assemblée nationale demande en définitive à la « République » de « saisir les juridictions compétentes » en ignorant tout le caractère privé de cette affaire et la multiplicité des protagonistes. Un communiqué à charge qui ignore l’implication d’un autre député dont les propos sont tout autant inacceptables.
Où était le bureau de l’Assemblée nationale quand des audios d’injures contre la plus haute autorité de l’Etat avaient été publiés, naguère. Moustapha Cisse Lô n’était-il pas député à cette époque-là ? Était-il alors sur le tempo fraternel d’un règlement à l’amiable qui avait été décidé par Moustapha Cisse Lô et Macky Sall ?
Où était le bureau de l’Assemblée nationale quand des leaders de l’opposition avait été copieusement insultés par la même personne en sa qualité de député et vice-président de l’Assemblée nationale ?
En tout état de cause aucune disposition du règlement intérieur de l’Assemblée nationale n’accorde au bureau de l’Assemblée nationale la prérogative de sortir un communiqué contre un député (art 17-18). Aucune !
En traitant dans cette instance suprême un débat de borne fontaine entre responsables d’un parti politique sur fond de règlement de compte, la Majorité parlementaire a foulé au pied la sacralité de cette institution.
Après s’être distinguée comme une propriété de l’exécutif et son bras armé, l’Assemblée nationale est-elle devenue la propriété de l’APR ?
