Chers compatriotes,
La date du 30 Juillet 2017 sera inscrite dans les annales de notre histoire. La campagne législative à venir, même si elle promet un cortège de polémiques et de divertissement, ne doit pas nous détourner des enjeux majeurs de ces élections, encore moins du bilan négatif du Président Macky Sall. La combinaison de différents facteurs nocifs à l’économie, à la démocratie et à la bonne marche de notre pays, qu’a fini d’installer le régime en place, devra assurément nous pousser à rejeter, sans compromission, le Président Macky Sall qui étend les tentacules de sa mauvaise gouvernance sur la liste Benno Bokk Yakaar.
L’occasion nous est donnée de rompre la chaîne du désespoir, nouée et consolidée par un exécutif carrent et une Assemblée nationale soumise. Refuser la continuité pour rejeter l’absence de vertu doit être une exigence pour toute la jeunesse sénégalaise car c’est de son avenir qu’il s’agit, avant tout. Refuser la continuité afin de sanctionner l’incompétence, c’est le devoir de chaque jeune soucieux du devenir de son pays. Refuser la continuité, pour espérer enfin la vraie rupture dont notre pays a tant besoin.
Les valeurs et les principes qui fondent notre république, notre démocratie, notre volonté de vie commune sont menacés. Ils sont menacés par un régime qui érige en dogme le non-respect de la parole donnée. Un régime qui opte pour une gestion nébuleuse et non concertée de nos ressources naturelles. Un régime conduit par un homme, le Président Macky Sall qui, pendant ces cinq années, a constamment agi en fonction de ses intérêts personnels, au détriment de l’intérêt national. La rupture et la gouvernance sobre et vertueuse qu’il avait promises sont devenues des slogans rangés dans les souvenirs de toute une population qui avait pourtant cru en lui. Il avait promis la PATRIE avant le PARTI. Cinq ans après, nul n’ignore ce qu’il en est. La FAMILLE, Le PARTI ET l’IMAGE du président ont fini de prendre le dessus sur le PEUPLE et ses aspirations de vie meilleure.
La jeunesse du pays doit être aux avant-gardes pour freiner et inverser la courbe calamiteuse sur laquelle le destin de toute une génération est plongé.
PETROTIM, BICTOGO, ARCELORMITTAL, ENVOL IMMOBILIER…, ces scandales qui ont assombri davantage une gouvernance déjà ténébreuse, sont encore frais dans nos mémoires.
La compétence et le patriotisme sont négativement sanctionnés, la complaisance récompensée et promue même. Repensons à ce valeureux patriote, le ministre Thierno Alassane SALL qui, pour avoir refusé de compromettre nos intérêts vitaux et de brader nos ressources naturelles, a tout bonnement été démis de ses fonctions. Repensons à toutes ces personnes combattues pour avoir osé décrier des dérives avérées. Le signal lancé est plus qu’audible : Dans un cercle de loups, soit on suit la danse, soit on se fait broyer par la cadence.
Si rien est fait contre la machine totalitaire et diabolique de maintien au pouvoir mise en marche par le régime en place, nombreux seront encore les concitoyens qui iront grossir les rangs des « victimes».
Le Président Macky Sall a raté l’occasion de cristalliser les espoirs et d’être un bon président pour son pays. Il n’est pas ce président qui rassure ses populations et qui défend leurs intérêts majeurs. Tout porte à croire, qu’il avait un seul objectif : Devenir président, peu importe la suite. L’essentiel se trouvant dans le fait de jouir des privilèges liés à cette fonction sans se soucier des réelles obligations. En témoigne encore son absence de bilan qui l’amène à affiner ses options de gouvernance archaïque et antidémocratique. Il est clair qu’il a décidé de faire de la justice un instrument de règlement de comptes politiques en atteste l’emprisonnement du Maire Khalifa Sall et de ses compagnons. Il est aussi clair qu’il a décidé de faire du processus électoral une affaire de parti gérée dans une logique partisane, de l’Assemblée nationale une caisse de résonance au service de l’exécutif, de la diplomatie un terrain de mimétisme et de suivisme…
J’invite toute la jeunesse sénégalaise, de Dakar à Bakel, du Fouta à la Casamance, à se réveiller, à refuser l’injustice et à prendre conscience des enjeux des élections et du danger que coure notre génération. Rien ne doit plus être comme avant. Nous avons assez perdu de temps. Nous devons agir avec courage et responsabilité. Cette élection qui pointe à l’horizon est une affaire sérieuse dont il faut savoir mesurer toute la portée historique.
Pour ma part, je vous invite, en toute humilité, à adhérer et à soutenir la coalition Manko Taxawu Sénégal. L’Axe Idrissa Seck, Khalifa Sall, Malick Gackou, Serigne Mansour Sy Djamil, Cheikh Bamba Dieye et autres suscite espoir.
J’invite le peuple sénégalais à s’exprimer clairement lors de ces élections législatives qui peuvent valablement être apparentées en un Référendum -Pour ou Contre la continuité dans la gestion scabreuse du Président Macky Sall et de son régime.
La balle est dans notre camp, à nous tous. Dans le camp de ceux qui sont conscients des enjeux et veulent préserver l’avenir de notre pays, dans le camp de ceux qui devront décider, de leur main, le changement opportun et tant attendu de nos compatriotes, dans le camp de toute la jeunesse sénégalaise.
