Quand je pensais avoir tout dit et d’avoir été assez choqué par autant de bizarreries, dans ma récente contribution sur la loi d’habilitation, je découvre un acte regrettable de la part du gouvernement sénégalais.
En commission, aujourd’hui, le gouvernement a fait un amendement sur la loi d’habilitation qui permet au président de la République de prendre des ordonnances de « tous ordres » et les domaines comme le « juridique » et les « finances » ont été ajoutés à la loi sans aucune autre forme de précision.
