Que savent, au juste, les Sénégalais de cette dette qu’on dit « hidden » ?

Et surtout, quelle lecture commune le gouvernement et le FMI ont-ils désormais de cette dette ?
L’un parlant de « découverte », l’autre de « clarification », chacun trouvant dans la sémantique un abri commode à la complexité des chiffres.
Pendant ce temps, le peuple observe, sommé de croire sans voir, de suivre sans comprendre, de s’émouvoir sans chiffres.
On lui dit qu’une dette a été cachée, puis révélée, puis confirmée mais jamais expliquée.
Dans ce théâtre budgétaire à multiples actes, la vérité des comptes semble toujours en coulisses.
C’est le peuple sénégalais qui reste le grand spectateur ou le grand oublié d’une vérité financière encore en clair-obscur.
