Les députés ont été cohérents. Chacun a défendu sa ligne idéologique face au maintien ou non du CESE et du HCCT.
Par contre, le théâtre organisé avec un mépris affiché contre les institutions doit être sanctionné.
Le PM qui joue au dilatoire face à son obligation de faire sa DPG et affichant ostensiblement son manque de respect notoire à l’institution parlementaire et à la constitution doit être sanctionné.
Il est évident que depuis un certain temps, des séries de pièges enfantins ont été tendus aux députés de la majorité pour les pousser à l’erreur et ainsi se doter d’éléments de langage en vue de la prochaine campagne électorale pour les législatives.
Le but est de demander aux Sénégalais de leur permettre d’avoir une majorité face à une opposition qui souhaiterait bloquer leurs initiatives.
C’est trop enfantin.
Ces Sénégalais leur demanderont pourquoi le PM n’a pas fait sa DPG conformément aux dispositions de la constitution alors que tous les prétextes pour ne pas se présenter devant l’assemblée nationale ont été levé.
Ces sénégalais comprennent aisément cette politique politicienne qui a abouti à la convocation de cette session extraordinaire de l’Assemblee nationale. Ils sanctionneront le populisme qui leur porte aujourd’hui un tort considérable à l’heure de l’exercice du pouvoir.
En attendant d’œuvrer pleinement pour une nouvelle majorité capable de faire face aux dérives autocratiques du régime en place, nous soutenons, sans aucune réserve, ce projet de motion de censure contre le gouvernement du PM actuel.
Une motion qui, symboliquement, aura pour effet d’imposer le respect que doit avoir un nommé (PM) face à des élus, le respect que ce PM doit avoir face à ses obligations constitutionnelles.
Il reviendra au Président de la République d’utiliser ses pouvoirs de nomination et de dissolution afin de remettre les choses à l’endroit, s’il considère qu’il a encore un rôle à jouer.
