Chers amis, le premier ministre sera à l’assemblée nationale ce jeudi pour répondre aux questions d’actualité au gouvernement.
Je voudrais faire les précisions suivantes :
1- Ce ne sont pas tous les députés qui souhaitent poser des questions qui le feront. Autrement dit et par exemple, j’aimerais bien aborder certaines questions avec le premier ministre mais je n’aurai pas la possibilité de le faire parce qu’une répartition préalable du temps de parole est déjà faite.
2- Les questions sont envoyées à l’avance. Par conséquent le premier ministre et les membres du gouvernement ne feront qu’une récitation d’un texte préparé. Ceux qui liront les questions le jour j le feront juste pour la forme mais ils n’apprendront rien à leurs répondants.
3- Aucun député n’aura la possibilité de revenir à la charge s’il n’est pas satisfait des réponses. Ceux qui poseront des questions se contenteront d’écouter des réponses déjà préparées sans pouvoir rebondir. Et c’est cette mise en scène ubuesque que le Président de la république et son gouvernement appellent pompeusement « dialogue au sein de l’hémicycle entre le gouvernement et le parlement ».
